We make your jewellery from scratch and will send the items within 7 working days.

What doe Kyles Do?
Kyles Collection is the brand leader in the UK Asian Bridal Jewellery market. They hand craft all the jewellery in their London workshop, which is made with CRYSTALLIZED™ -Swarovski Elements.

What is the jewellery made of?
We use tin castings and and copper alloy to make all our designer jewellery. Our items are made with CRYSTALLIZED™ -Swarovski Elements.
Is the plating Nickle free?
Yes, but if you have very sensitive skin then we can put an extra protective layer on the items for you.
How Long is the guarantee?
All our items come with an international one year guarantee, full details are displayed in the toolbar below.
Do you send items Internationally?
Yes but only to the bill payers registered address. Delivery times may take up 10 working days in international transit.
How do you post the jewellery?
For UK orders, we use either Royal Mail or Citylink to deliver the items to you, which normally arrive the next day after dispatch, and need to be signed for.
If I don’t like my jewellery, can I have a refund/ exchange?
We manufacture the jewellery specifically in your jewellery colour combination, so we cannot refund or exchange the items if you simply don’t like it. If there is a manufacturing fault then we may offer exchange/ refund. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene reasons.
Can I choose more than 2 crystal colours?
Yes but please note that all the stone colours are not available in all sizes. Before placing an order for more than a 2 colour combination, please call the Kyles showroom to confirm the colours.
Can I create a design completely from scratch?
Yes, we have over 600 designs to take inspiration from but can make a complete bespoke items for your special occasion. Please book an appointment with one of our designers in the Kyles London showroom.
How is the jewellery packaged?
We supply all our items in Kyles signature black gift boxes, and bubble wrap to protect the items in transit.
Can I change the crystal stones to a different shades after a later date?
No, We use special glue to set the crystals which will damage the jewellery if we try and remove the crystal from the grooves thereafter.
Do I need to book an appointment to visit the Kyles showroom?
No you do not need an appointment, but we suggest you arrange an appointment because our designers get extremely busy with brides during the main summer months.
What is a Bridal consultation appointment?
This is a chance for you to talk to the designer about the kind of jewellery you like, and a chance to try the items on, and place an order if you wish. We suggest you bring your outfit so that we can exactly match your jewellery to compliment your look.
