You may return any Kyles order within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

If the item(s) you receive has a manufacturing defect we will happily provide you with a refund, exchange or a credit note for the same amount.

If the reason for the return is not in relation to a manufacturing fault, we can provide an exchange or credit note. Please note that all items are customised inline with the information provided during the ordering process. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund stud earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.

When sending items back, please enclose a covering letter and include your order confirmation email with the package.
