The item(s) you receive has a manufacturing defect, we may
provide you with a refund, exchange or a credit note for the same
amount.
If the reason for the return is not in relation to a
manufacturing fault, we may provide an exchange or credit note, however
Kyles reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit note if the
jewellery is not a standard item with a neutral colour, of crystal. Please note that
all items are customised online with the information provided during
the ordering process. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund
pierced stud earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.
When sending items back, please enclose a covering letter and include your order confirmation email with the package.
