Kyles Collection is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and
Conditions of sale as stated below. Your use of the Kyles Collection
website (“KylesCollection.com”) and purchase of the products (or
services) (“products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and
conditions (“terms”). No variation of these Conditions shall be binding
unless agreed by letter signed by an Authorised Representative of Kyles
Collection. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order.
We would advise you to retain a copy of them for your future reference.
Product Prices
We always try to make sure that the prices on KylesCollection.com are
accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur.
We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any
increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty,
tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps
to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your
order.
Cancellation of Orders
If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the
shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a
cancelled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking,
and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or
destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is
recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier, so you can be
reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit. <
For items cancelled after they are shipped, your account will not be
credited, until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that
have been shipped, must be returned unopened. We cannot guarantee a
refund or credit note if the items were made in special non-standard
colours.
Availability of Website
We try and offer you the best service
we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will
meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the Kyles
Collection website will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let

Complaints
We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and
effective way. They should be directed via the secure 'e-mail us' link
found at the bottom of each page and include full contact details in
addition to your e-mail address together with order number where
appropriate.
Liabilities and Responsibilities
Kyles Collection total liability in contract, tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and
restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or
contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the
price paid for the goods.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Kyles
Collection for death or personal injury caused by the Kyles
Collection’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these
Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the
Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Kyles Collection will not be liable in any amount for failure to
perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused
by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control
including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages,
fire, flood, war or act of God.

These terms and conditions only cover the Kyles Collection web site.
Any other websites which you link to from this website are governed by
their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or
liability for web sites that are not under our control. We are required
by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English. These
terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees irrevocably to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
