All Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  These items do not carry a guarantee, and any possible repairs in the future may be down to the manager’s discretion.  Proof of purchase is compulsory, and only original store receipts will be accepted. On our website sale you can get upto 50% off a certain range of products in stock. Packaging will be in branded sale boxes. Online orders are posted the next WORKING day with DPD secure delivery. Product Prices

We always try to make sure that the prices on KylesCollection.com are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur.

We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

From time to time there may also be mistakes with product prices due to technical problems, Kyles reserve the right to refuse an order if the price is clearly not correct, and of course Kyles clearly do not sell any jewellery for the value of £0.00

Cancellation of Orders

If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a cancelled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier, so you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit. 

For items cancelled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited, until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that have been shipped, must be returned unopened. We cannot guarantee a refund or credit note if the items were made in special non-standard colours.

All items are hand crafted especially for each internet order. If you have placed an order and Kyles cannot fulfill it due to a lack of the crystal colour or missing components then Kyles reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases you should be offered a refund.

Price Structure

Please note that we keep a close eye on prices on the website. Evidently there may be slight discrepancies in product prices compared to our instore catalogues. These are not intentional, unless there a clear promotion. The from prices indicated are the cost of the set price if the client buys the cheapest necklace, earrings, and bracelet (if no bracelet is available, then its for necklace/ earrings combo). Please call us if your unsure regarding exact prices. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the prices are incorrect with our master catalogue/ pricelist.

Availability on Website

We try and offer you the best service we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the Kyles Collection website will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting info@KylesCollection.com. Please note that all crystal colours are NOT available in all designs, and in such cases we will have to refuse the order, as it does not meet your requirements.

Complaints

We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via the secure 'e-mail us' link found at the bottom of each page and include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with order number where appropriate.

Returns

All our items are hand crafted according to your requirements, due to the bespoke nature therefore, we cannot accept any returns unless there is a manufacturing fault and in that case may provide a refund or exchange. In certain occasions we may be able to offer you an exchange if you simply change your mind, however this is down to mangers discretion. All issues must be informed by email or phone  within 7 days of you receiving goods. Please note that we do not offer a refund on delivery or cost of returning items to us.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

Kyles Collection total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Kyles Collection for death or personal injury caused by the Kyles Collection’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Kyles Collection will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions only cover the Kyles Collection web site. Any other websites which you link to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for web sites that are not under our control. We are required by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees irrevocably to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

International Customs & Tax Duty

Please note that Kyles are not responsible for the payment of any tax or customs that may be due in your destination country. You may be contacted by couriers to collect the suitable tax duty in order to recieve your parcel. This has nothing to do with Kyles and simply depends on the tax and customs regulations in the destination country. Please contact your local govenment tax office for more information on the costs or implications.

Kyles ONLY offer complimentary items when you purchase certain products of specific values, starting from £150.00. Kyles do not offer the following items free of charge or at the value £0.00 with no additional purchase of value above £150.
